The Practice

Four ways to work together.

What an emerging house is trying to build, built before at Valentino, Dior, and Givenchy.

Founder & Brand Advisory

A standing monthly rhythm with a founder. One dedicated strategy session, with working time in between. Brand positioning, merchandising direction, and the commercial roadmap. Built for brands at the earliest, self-funded stage.

Discuss an advisory rhythm

Fractional Executive Engagements

Weekly involvement in the brand and commercial foundation of a launching or scaling house. Brand and client strategy, merchandising, go-to-market, commercial and retail-partnership strategy, and the organizational build behind it.

Discuss a fractional engagement

Client Experience & VIC Programs

How a business treats the clients who matter most, designed and then run. VIC tiering and clienteling, the journey from a first purchase to a private appointment, and the events that carry it, from intimate dinners to full fashion shows. Built for a North American zone with the budget and the team behind it, and executed through to four annual shows in Paris. The same architecture holds anywhere high-value clients are looked after: a house, a hotel, a resort, a members club.

Strategy Intensives

A single dedicated working day with a founder or leadership team on one defined problem. A positioning question, a merchandising plan, a retail or wholesale strategy, a market entry plan.
